The South Dakota Association of REALTORS® is committed to providing programs and services that assist the professional development of our members. Below you’ll find a wide range of courses geared to pique your interests, enrich your career and fulfill your continuing education needs.
The South Dakota Real Estate Commission requires that you renew your real estate license every two years. Learn more and renew online. Additionally, the National Association of REALTORS® requires all REALTORS® to complete Code of Ethics training of at least 2 hours and 30 minutes every two years. Training can be conducted in classrooms, online or home study.
Graduate REALTOR® Institute Online Courses
Designed primarily for agents whose main business activity is residential real estate. Course credits help participants earn the Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation. Students will gain knowledge and skills in a broad array of technical subjects and the fundamentals of real estate. The program also provides opportunities to develop important business contacts. The cost is $75-80 per course and each course offers 8 CE and 8 GRI credit hours.

The South Dakota REALTORS® is proud to partner with The CE Shop to continue to bring quality and affordable education to the members. We have a full offering of compliant real estate offerings of real estate education courses available to agents and brokers. The CE Shop offers Online Real Estate Courses for Pre-Licensing, Exam Prep, Post-Licensing, and Continuing Education.

National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics Training -REALTORS®
Fulfill your Code of Ethics requirement through this free course to new and existing members. New members and individuals with a break in membership over one year are required to take this training. Existing members may select the continuing education option for $29.95 and earn an estimated 3 credit hours of CE towards real estate license renewal as approved by the SD Real Estate Commission.
